1. This should be in some way related to your own character(s).
2. You aren't required to fill out everything, only the following:
   • Player Information
   • Character name
   • Gender
   • Known by (if over 14 this should be at the very least: His/Herself)
   • Age (it can be a range of upto 300 years)
   • History (but only that which pertains to things already known about the character through either your character history or that of others.)
3. You will be partially responsible for OKing anyone applying for this character. Since it is linked to your character as family, mate, or soul sibling you have to be comfortable with the character and player.
4. What we don't want is you filling out every last little detail about this character, at that point it's harder to find someone willing to play it. You should also be aware that having an AC with a special magic preset is less likely to happen. It could.. but it's less likely.

       There's a help file that I strongly suggest you look at while you're filling out this form. I've set the table width rather small so you can minimize the window to work on the form with it still open. Every item is covered because at some point someone has asked about every item.
